Supernatural coffee processing is an experimental and innovative method that builds upon the traditional natural processing technique. It focuses on enhancing the natural fermentation of coffee cherries during drying to intensify flavors, sweetness, and body. The process involves various experimental techniques, such as adjusting temperatures to either speed up or slow down fermentation, stacking the coffee beans at different depths, and shade drying to prolong the drying time.

Peaberry (pearl bean) coffee has become popular due to its unique flavor profile and rarity. In contrast to regular coffee berries, which contain two flat beans, Peaberry is formed when a single round bean develops in the berry. This shape is believed to allow the bean to roast more evenly, which reveals a richer, brighter and sweeter flavor. We love this coffee especially from Kenya, which is why we decided to share this flavor experience with you.
