The beans of Ethiopia Dula Mazoria proudly bear the mark of Ethiopian Heirloom, a diverse collection of indigenous varieties that contribute to the coffee's rich and unique character. This variety is a testament to the natural legacy of Ethiopia's coffee heritage.

The magic unfolds with the anaerobic natural process, a meticulous method that enhances the coffee's inherent flavors. Following this special process, the beans bask in the Ethiopian sun on "African drying beds" for approximately 15-18 days.
These beds become a canvas for flavor, where the cherries are diligently raked during the day to ensure a consistent drying process.

As the Ethiopian sun reaches its peak from 12 to 3 pm, and when the night descends with the possibility of rain, the beds are carefully covered. This protective measure ensures that coffee cherry is nurtured with precision, preserving the integrity of its unique flavor profile.

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
