For this variety, we use aluminium capsules, and to keep the coffee fresh for longer, we add nitrogen twice during packaging: first at the grinding stage, and then individually into each capsule during packaging. In addition, we used a special coffee grinder for the capsule machine, which gives a perfect grind without dust, meaning that the capsules will drip better

Inside these capsules is single farm Ethiopia Banko Tatatu from the Yirgacheffe region. This coffee is part of our espresso line and is perfect for those who don't like too much acidity in their coffee but nevertheless fruity
